About the role

Drivetrain is looking for a Manager to lead our Product Design function. You'll be leading a team of designers to produce high quality design. You'll need to mentor designers, communicate with other teams, prioritise design tasks, and conduct design reviews. You'll play a leadership role in defining Drivetrain’s product decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Experience managing Product Design Managers who focus on enterprise business tools.

  • Solid visual awareness with understanding of basic design principles like typography, layout, composition, and colour theory.

  • Experience defining the high-level strategy (the why) and helping your team tie design and research back to that strategy.

  • Proficiency with pre-visualization software (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Experience driving organisational change with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Passion for creating visually pleasing and intuitive user experiences.

  • Collaborative team spirit with great communication skills.

  • Ability to master Drivetrain.
